Your
responsibilities

• Development of new interfaces in BMC Remedy ITSM to different kind of applications (e.g. Jira) via different kind of technologies (SOAP, Rest, …), Developer Studio and TrueSight Orchestration (formerly BMC Atrium Orchestration).
• Adaption and support of existing interfaces.
• Enhancing of existing workflows and GUIs.
• Clarification and discussion about requirements with the product owner and other stakeholders.
• Resolving of critical production issues and bug fixing.
• On-call support for the application.
• Ongoing optimization of the code base by doing code reviews and other quality-improving activities.
• Contribution to the agile mindset of the company upholding the values of commitment, courage, respect, focus, and openness at all times.

Your
Profile

• Technical background in software engineering or similar disciplines and/or several years of experience.
• Practical experience with Remedy TrueSight Orchestration (formerly BMC Atrium Orchestrator) and Developer Studio.
• ITIL Know-how.
• High degree of understanding good code quality, analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a passionate team.
• Fun with software engineering and operations.
• Open, pro-active and flexible personality.
• Good spoken and written English skills. German an advantage, but not a must.
• Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) an advantage, but not a must.

information

• Salary: starting at € 3.500,- gross / month, over-payment based on qualification and experience, equivalent offered for contractors (declaration according to §9. Abs. 2 Equal Treatment Act)
