Your responsibilities
As part of our Onsite Support team, you will be responsible for exactly those topics that make your heart beat faster:
- Break/Fix activities
- IMAC/R - (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove and Refresh) of desktops and laptops computers with directly attached Supported Equipment
- Basic printer support
- Basic label printer support
- Support for mobile devices
- Stock Management if required
- Supporting activities
- Others
Your profile
- Preferably completed IT education in the field of electronics (HTL, IT technical school)
- Several years of experience providing on-site IT infrastructure support.
- Good German and English skills
